We were honoured to spend time last week with our chosen charity for this year’s Christmas Festival of Music, The People’s Pantry at Repton Community Trust.
This invaluable charity offers help and assistance to those on low budgets in need of food, cleaning or hygiene products – a service that has grown in demand considerably in recent times. Michelle and her team work tirelessly to reduce food insecurity and food waste in Ashford, and are hoping to launch a mobile community shop next year to reach even more people in need around the borough.
